Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metalworking, exterior screens, patio covers, gutters, and screen rooms. A mechanical mindset, proficiency with tools, and the ability to learn quickly are essential. This role involves installing various window treatments, ensuring precise measurements, and delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark installation areas accurately.
- Install window treatments, including blinds, shutters, shades, and drapery.
- Assemble and install exterior screens, patio covers, gutters, and screen rooms.
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in metalworking, exterior screens, patio covers, gutters, and screen rooms.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new installation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a window treatment installer.
