Your Role
- Identify & Engage Clients – Sell executive search and direct placement services to HR leaders and decision-makers
- Manage Full Sales Cycle – Prospect, pitch, close, and maintain relationships
- Leverage Sales Tools – Use Apollo.io to track outreach and sales performance
- Stay Ahead of Hiring Trends – Position yourself as a trusted industry expert
Who You Are
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong industry connections in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation to drive sales
- Comfortable in a 100% commission-based role with unlimited upside
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet access.
