Your Role

  • Identify & Engage Clients Sell executive search and direct placement services to HR leaders and decision-makers
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle Prospect, pitch, close, and maintain relationships
  • Leverage Sales Tools Use Apollo.io to track outreach and sales performance
  • Stay Ahead of Hiring Trends Position yourself as a trusted industry expert
  • Who You Are

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong industry connections in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or technology
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation to drive sales
  • Comfortable in a 100% commission-based role with unlimited upside
  • Reliable computer, phone, and internet access.
  • Preferred Experience
