Business Intelligence Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at K3-Innovations, Inc.
In this role, you will design and build business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint to drive business excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will design and build business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint to drive business excellence.
- You will develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and visual tools that support KPI tracking, operational excellence, and performance management.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- You will lead and manage end-to-end delivery of business intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and drive adoption and sustained value.
- You will engage directly with global business stakeholders, helping them adopt and adapt to new tools and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Power BI (building advanced dashboards, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (process digitization, workflow creation).
- Strong experience with SharePoint as a platform for document and process management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement business processes, flows, and analytics solutions.
- Excellent business engagement and communication skills — ability to work globally and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Project management and delivery experience, ensuring solutions are rolled out efficiently and meet business needs.
- Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools to enhance automation.
