K44 Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Business Manager in Chicago, Illinois. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships, generating brand awareness, creating demand and generating sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for specified territory to increase revenue and profitability
- Manage and consult clients on development of joint business initiatives
- Perform territory and account evaluations using web-based platforms
- Train and mentor new sales personnel as needed
- Drive market share in existing dealer and distributor accounts while consistently evaluating territory growth opportunities
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience preferably selling building products
- Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Travel is required up to 40%
