- Oversee the bar's operation and manage the staff.
- Provide leadership to the staff to maintain standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Cultivate relationships with beverage vendors.
- Coach, develop, and lead the staff by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and teamwork.
- Ensure the staff is complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and oversee ordering and cost control.
- Participate in the development of specialty cocktails and special menu items.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Beverage Director or in a leadership role within an upscale restaurant.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of bar inventory management with in-depth expertise of wine, beer, and cocktails.
- A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
