General Manager

K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in the heart of Atlanta, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our upscale dining establishments. We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of upscale dining operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team.
  • Drive sales and profitability while maintaining cost controls and budget adherence.
  • Ensure superior service standards and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on marketing, events, and overall business strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an upscale restaurant as a General Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a hands-on management style.

    Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
