K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel of Lone Tree is Now hiring for full time and part time Customer Service Representatives!
We are the only true luxury pet resort in Colorado and are looking for individuals that not only love dogs but are warm and outgoing. Individuals that are excellent in communicating with all types of people. The CSR. position is responsible for providing every client with a "wow experience". Your purpose is to make every person and dog that walks in feel comfortable, confident, and like a VIP.
Essential Job Functions:
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and well - versed in computer usage
• Greets all guests coming into the building
• Accepts payments from customers
• Takes custody of pets and makes sure they are properly placed in the building
• Answers telephone inquiries
• Provides tours of the facility to potential guests
• Responsible for feeding and medicating of all dogs. Performs body checks.
• Provides personal playtimes for dogs.
• Has the ability to bath, sanitize boarding and day care accommodations and monitor daycare if requested by Managers.
Qualifications:
• Must complete K9 Resorts Certification Program for a Customer Service Representative
• Must be customer service oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Some weekend and holiday hours are required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
