Ka'ala Systems Technology Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Support Specialist to join our dynamic team supporting operations located at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the effective management of human resources processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Human Resources in a large, complex DoD environment.
- Experience with engaging and consulting with senior leaders to provide people-focused solutions
- Experience with policy analysis, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance or talent management, recruiting, or resource management..
- Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of DoD HR administration and management principles, information systems, and practices.
- Ability to be flexible, exercise initiative, innovate, and take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical solutions can be defined.
- Ability to travel internationally a minimum of once every six months.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
