Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
- Provide helpful information about our resort's amenities and local attractions
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met promptly
- Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk and lobby area
- Handle administrative tasks and support the overall functioning of the front office
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Shifts could include 7am-3:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, 3pm -11pm
