Job Description
About the role:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer your role is simple to define. You protect KabaFusion’s IT environment from internal and external threats. What that looks like in this role; you will drive security initiatives by working collaboratively as a team with other member of the IT department and be responsible for, not just implementation, but playing in active role in identifying and analyzing what and where those threats are.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor dashboard metrics, security feeds, phishing campaigns, SEIM alerts and other reports.
- Conduct gap assessments and provide actionable recommendations to remediate shortcomings.
- Use scripting and other techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of infosec or cybersecurity experience
- CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GSEC, CISM certification
- 2 years of experience in SaaS application, AWS, or Azure Cloud
- 2 years of firewall configuration experience, IDS< DLP, SEIM and anti-virus software
