Kable Staffing is in urgent need of a Quality Assistant in Batavia, OH. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Company quality system.
- Assist during yearly external audit for ISO 9001 Quality System.
- Assist in controlling and updating all ISO documents and forms utilizing theDCR process.
- Assist in corrective action processes.
- Assist in issuing and follow-up of all types of corrective actions : CCAR’s, ICAR’s, SCAR’s.
- Assist in the investigation and completion of CAR’s issued from customers.
- Assist in problem solving and analysis as needed.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the calibration and ESD systems.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all PPAP documents.
- Verify main inspection points : SMT, AOI, HA, Selective Solder, Hand Solder, Conformal Coating, Final Inspect, Shipping, Parts Prep
- Verify proper utilization of Shop Travelers, Drawings, Test procedures, ISO9001, Forms, ESD controls, Handling, etc.
- Verify slide lines are using the AEGIS look-back system.
- Conducts internal audits and spot audits as needed.
- Perform IP (in-process) quality inspections throughout production to verify personnel are properly following policies & procedures.
- Inspect incoming components and PCBs as required utilizing the SAP system, BOM’s, and customer drawings.
- Perform final inspection on assemblies as needed.
- Perform 1st piece inspections as needed.
- Create and update documents such as Process Flows, Control Plans,PFMEAS, Packaging Plans, etc.
- Coordinate completion of PPAP’s due to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain documents and proper revisions electronically on the network.
