Position Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs while supporting internal departments and aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, networking, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing them with guidance on candidate selection
- Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a smooth process and positive engagement
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
- Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitive salary structures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate or agency setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus
