Job Description
- Deliver tailored in-person and virtual product training and clinical support to large groups based on their experience level with clear aligners.
- Drive adoption of clear aligners (to providers with little to no experience) and / or to experienced providers using various sales, marketing and education strategies.
- Oversee sales activities for assigned territory, meeting / exceeding quarterly sales targets and MBO's.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts via in-field activity.
- Gain a deep understanding of products with a focus in learning clinical aligner mechanics to support customers.
- Host and manage customer events (Dinner & Learn events) with a focus on customer education and clinical support.
- Diagnose and resolve product and / or clinical challenges for customers.
- Perform common orthodontic practice IT troubleshooting (firewall, I / O scanner integration, windows applications, network performance).
- Develop feedback loops, ensuring our customer's voice is heard in product development, sales, integration process / support, marketing and relevant cross-functional teams.
- Stay current on trends and advancements in aligner therapy, including key features / benefits and competitive products.
- Perform standard territory management : Develop call cycles, use data and reporting to identify high priority segments and targets, communicate territory activity via standard reporting
