We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Data Specialist for our Fredericksburg location.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.
- Provide general back-up functions for Technical Support.
- Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.
- Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate’s background will include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, commercial or industrial field preferred.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
