Position pay range: $46,500 to 62,500 plus 10% MICP
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: North Canton hybrid schedule 3 days in office
Position Summary
This position is responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of field operations and corporate office. This position will assist in developing and implementing KAGs talent acquisition framework, infrastructure, and strategies to support the short and long-term business needs and objectives.
Essential Functions
- Partner with the hiring managers and field HR team to conduct the full life-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions.
- Post open positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Review applicants; conduct prescreening phone interviews for eligible candidates.
- Assist field hiring team with candidate assessments, travel arrangements, and interview scheduling.
- Compose and send rejection letters; create and extend offer letters
- Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening
- Assist Corp & University Relations recruiter in attending local career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years previous experience in high-volume recruiting
- Paycom and Tenstreet experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
