Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including firewalls and security systems.
- Ensure the integrity and security of databases, implementing best practices for data management.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Implement ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage SharePoint environments to facilitate collaboration and document management across the organization.
- Monitor network security protocols to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT management role with a strong understanding of network infrastructure and security.
- Proficiency in managing databases, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with VMWare for virtualization solutions.
- Strong knowledge of firewall configurations and network security measures.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security , Cisco) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical staff and non-technical stakeholders.
