Coffee House Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee House Manager to oversee all aspects of our coffee house operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing coffee shops or restaurant establishments, demonstrating exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Direct and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to quality standards.​SHRM
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting processes, analyze financial statements, and implement profitable pricing strategies.​
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.​
• Customer Experience: Uphold excellent customer service standards, promptly addressing and resolving any issues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.​
• Inventory Management: Oversee ordering and inventory control to ensure the consistent availability of fresh products.​
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing sales and enhancing operational efficiency.​

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred.​
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a coffee shop or restaurant setting.​

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient understanding of budgeting, financial statements, and pricing strategies.​Salary.com
• Experience in inventory management, including ordering and control.​

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).​

Physical Requirements:
