Pay: $65,000 to $70,000/year Uncapped Commission!

Experience:

• Staffing experience preferred

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Drive high-volume sales of company products and services.
• Prioritize tasks strategically to meet and exceed set goals.
• Lead discovery meetings to identify client pain points and align them with tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling pitches and proposals that position products and services as the ideal solution.
• Maintain accurate records and notes in a CRM or similar database.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize both immediate and long-term value.
• Forecast sales, recruitment, and other key deal closures.
• Educate clients, prospects, and users with relevant, accurate product and service information.
