- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and a welcoming environment.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications.
- Provide assistance with scheduling and resident requests.
- Use judgment and initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support with safety procedures and emergency response.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare and support staff.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Able to work well with others.
- Strong organizational skills.
