Wilson Care Group is hiring a Front Desk Associate!
This is a unique employment opportunity in a growing company on a dynamic team! We are looking for a fun, outgoing person with a big heart and passion for helping others!
The Front Desk Associate is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm in our Home Health Care Agency office. We are eager to hear from you, or if you know someone that may be a great fit, send them our way!
Administrative Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Managing all front desk duties.
- Answering a high volume of calls.
- Daily interaction with a large volume of staff, clients and vendors.
- Performing support duties for various departments.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Planning office events.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization (kitchen, supply rooms, conference room, lobby).
