Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, to ensure the property's condition is maintained.
- Take care of the grounds, including landscaping, and lawn maintenance to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues ina timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Assist with coordinating maintenance activities with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, andequipment.
- Ensure compliancewith safety regulations and company policies in allmaintenance activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification or relevant technical training preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a residential property management setting.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
