Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and determine appropriate loan products.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
• Utilize financial software to process loan applications efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the loan origination process.
• Collaborate with escrow officers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer Assistant in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with loan origination processes and related financial software, such as Quicken.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficient in math skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates.
• Ability to type efficiently using 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks.
• Knowledge of contracts and escrow procedures is highly desirable.
