Department Description:
The Legal Practice Strategy & Enablement team uses its collective power to maintain optimized and documented processes, delivering innovative legal solutions that ensure high-quality and affordable service and care to members. The focus areas include:
1. Strategy, Performance, and Measurement:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the Legal Department's performance.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
2. Strategic Sourcing and Matter Management:
Optimize sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient legal services.
Implement robust matter management practices to streamline workflows and improve case outcomes.
3. Legal Process and Data Excellence:
Standardize and document legal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and improve legal operations.
Preferred skill set:
Microsoft 365 skills including Excel (data filtering, V/XLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint & PowerBI. Background in legal technology helpful.

- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
