Kaishan Compressor USA - We Are Engineering the Future! We design and build high-quality rotary screw air compressors in Loxley, Alabama. Our solutions range from 5-600 horsepower and are used in various industries. Our state-of-the-art facility stocks over 300 units and aftermarket parts, with plans to double in size by mid-2025.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics / Inside Sales position located in Loxley, AL. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to supply chain management, customer service, and export operations. This includes executing customer order intake forms, order management, order follow-up and troubleshooting. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Support, Distribution, and other business partners as required.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in logistics / inside sales role or equivalent, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Communication and customer service skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience in supply chain management and export
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Multi-tasking is a plus
- HS diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
