Precast Concrete Laborer/Crew Member Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
- Follow specifications and schematics to ensure accurate concrete forming.
- Perform finishing techniques on concrete surfaces to meet project standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during work activities.
Precast Concrete Laborer/Crew Member Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete work or related construction fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of masonry and concrete forming techniques is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Precast Concrete Laborer/Crew Member Compensation/Benefits
- $20-$25/hr BOE
