DOCUMENT OUR PRODUCT – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with a team – You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), end-users and other stakeholders, to understand complex technical concepts, processes or requirements and ensure content supports desired business outcomes. Alongside your Product Management colleagues, you will conduct continuous in-depth research to gather technical information, related content and industry standards to establish your product knowledge and understanding of product usage best practices.

You will work closely with our Marketing and Product Design teams to align our technical documentation with branding elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional representation of Payworks’ brand in all written and visual materials.
