Full Time Senior Associate Attorney
Our client is a boutique law firm that specializes in real estate litigation. The team is small right now but we are looking to grow. You don't have to bring a book of business but if you do have one, there are incentive plans to help you maximize your earnings. The team is fun and with the work hard play hard type of environment. We are looking for a full-time litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, contractual disputes, and partnership disputes.
Responsibilities of the position include :
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of litigation matters
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing and presenting cases in court
- Working with other attorneys and staff to manage cases
