Job Summary: The Application Support Analyst provides technical support for AOC-provided court management applications. This role involves answering calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users with application-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support via phone and email to application users.
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support staff.
- Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain accurate call logs.
- Participate in testing, training, and ongoing development efforts.
- Assist in the coordination of system upgrades and new products.
- Perform functional testing and assist in creating training materials.
- Maintain strong communication with users and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Technical background or ability to learn software systems quickly.
Preferred:
- 4-year college degree.
