Kajiwara Wealth Advisors is a small financial advisory business in Sacramento, CA providing financial expertise for over 35 years in personal financial planning- including estate, retirement, investments, and insurance. We are currently looking to add a valuable member to our team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Two or more years’ experience working as an assistant, Financial Services Industry a plus
- A completed or actively pursuing AA or bachelor’s degree a plus
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to learn new programs
- Experience with CRM applications, Redtail preferred, a plus
- Experience with Docupace, Pershing/NetX is a plus
- Effectively communicate in-person, via phone, email, and by mail
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize to handle timely matters
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with team members
- Work independently, effectively, and efficiently
- Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
- Friendly disposition, professional and positive attitude
Required:
- This is a full-time, in-office position
- Must be able to reliably commute to our office in Sacramento
- Set schedule: 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Mon. – Fri.
- Fingerprint & background check required; ability to adhere to rules and regulations (industry rules require fingerprinting due to sensitive client information)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients who come in the office with a good attitude and willingness to make conversation
- Answer calls, transfer when necessary or assist when appropriate
- Schedule appointments
- Assist owner and other staff members
- Maintain electronic files, scanning, copying, faxing, and preparing mailing materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Manage the office by getting the conference room ready for all meetings, ordering office supplies, handling the mail and processing checks in a timely manner
- Provide day-to-day client service on accounts
- Prepare and process paperwork for new and existing accounts
- Follow compliance requirements
