Server (Part-Time) – Join Our Team at Kakes NYC!

Location: Long Island City, NY
Compensation: Competitive Pay Tips ( typically $25 to $55 an hour when factoring in tips - for the shifts we are looking to fill )
Schedule: Part-Time with Flexible Shifts

Kakes NYC is looking for energetic, service-driven servers to join our team! We are a lively, fast-paced venue known for our creative events, entertainment, and vibrant atmosphere. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, enjoy making genuine connections with guests, and know how to provide great hospitality, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Treat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS (experience is a plus, but training is available)
• Work efficiently with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth, timely service
• Offer menu recommendations and provide a top-tier guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

• Prior serving experience in a busy restaurant, lounge, or nightlife setting is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be 21 or older
• Familiarity with Toast POS is preferred but not required
• Reliable, professional, and ready to contribute to a fun but high-performing team
