Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The resort, with its African-inspired design, is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for our Call Center Supervisor position. In this role you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the agents.
Required Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Additionally, you must have open availability, long hours sometimes, that could include nights weekends and holidays The Ability to adapt to changes quickly; with the ability to change your approach or method to best fit the situation during frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. You must also be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
