Corporate Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
We invite you to apply for our open Corporate Recruitment Sourcing Specialist role. Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an associate who is passionate about proactive talent discovery, relationship building, and supporting hiring strategies across a growing organization. This position plays a vital role in fueling our leadership and high-impact hiring efforts by nurturing pipelines of qualified, engaged candidates who are ready when the time is right.
You'll support exempt-level recruitment initiatives across all Kalahari properties, focusing especially on priority roles determined by the Corporate Director of Recruitment. From sourcing through pipeline management and internal advocacy, this role ensures our teams stay one step ahead when it comes to finding the right people.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic outreach tactics
- Manage pipelines for high-priority leadership and exempt-level roles across departments and locations
- Build meaningful, long-term candidate relationships through email check-ins, milestone outreach (e.g., birthdays, promotions), and regular touchpoints
- Maintain organized records of candidate conversations, preferences, and status within our ATS or CRM system
- Create or support candidate nurturing efforts, such as newsletters, email campaigns, or app-based communications
- Collaborate with leaders and internal programs to align talent with business growth—including Rising Stars and internal mobility opportunities through the Kalahari app
- Proactively surface candidates who are ready for discovery or final interviews to the Corporate Director of Recruitment
- Develop and manage a thoughtful dismissal process that reviews candidates for potential alternative fits before a formal rejection is issued
- Offer creative, scalable ideas to improve sourcing efforts, outreach materials, and candidate engagement strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite and sourcing tools or databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desired background in nurturing relationships, pipeline management, or candidate engagement strategies
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with ATS or CRM systems and tracking pipeline movement
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and accountability
- Preferred: familiarity with hospitality, high-growth environments, or family-owned company cultures
- A mindset that sees talent acquisition as relationship-driven and future-focused
This position offers a flexible work environment, with remote arrangements possible and a preference for proximity to a Kalahari property (Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas).
