Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America's largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor position. In this role, you will assist the Facilities manager in maintaining operation and overall appearance of the resort in order to insure the comfort and safety of guests and quality working conditions for associates. You will need to completely understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, safety and training programs of Kalahari Resorts. With overall goal of demonstrating management, administrative and proactive preventive maintenance skills.
In this position we do require previous hospitality or related experience as well as supervisory experience. This position includes possible heavy workloads exerting up to 100 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Bending stooping kneeling and reaching are all involved as well as various working environments. The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays are a must.
