What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Cook position at KALAHARI RESORTS & CONVENTIONS?
Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for our Lead Line Cook position. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the restaurant through the consistent and timely completion of station prep and menu items as ordered. The Lead Line Cook's responsibility is to work very closely with the chef on duty to maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism.
We require that you have a minimum of 2 years of kitchen management. Line cooking experience preferred. Availability of nights, weekends, and holidays.
