Part-Time Associate General Counsel
We are inviting you to apply for our Part-Time Associate General Counsel position, which is a hybrid role based out of our Wisconsin Dells headquarters. This flexible position will require both remote and in-office work, with hours typically ranging between 20 and 30 hours per week.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel must be practical, collaborative, and comfortable working with associates at all levels of the organization. This role functions as a corporate generalist, and success requires a willingness to work across a broad range of legal areas—even outside of one's comfort zone.
What We're Looking For
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a fully accredited U.S. law school.
- Membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar and eligibility for Wisconsin bar admission.
- 5 years of corporate attorney experience is required; internal counsel experience is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience with contracts is required.
- Strong familiarity with human resources and data privacy matters is highly preferred.
- Experience in construction law, real estate transactions, and financing is beneficial.
- Demonstrated success in a hands-on legal environment with limited departmental support is critical.
