As a leader in hospitality, Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the culinary operations of our popular Tex-Mex concept, Cinco Niño's.
In this role, you will be responsible for training, ordering, and ensuring the concept meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
The ideal candidate would have culinary expertise, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. A background of five years' progressive culinary experience and three years of management experience is required.
Schedule and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and quality control.
- Cost Management and Inventory control- monitoring, labor, inventory, and managing supplies.
- Maintaining high standards and sanitation practices – continuously working to improve the kitchen's efficiency, workflow, and overall quality of food and service.
