Estate Planning (EP) Signings: Organize and facilitate estate planning signings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and executed correctly.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain supplies, and ensure a well-organized and professional work environment.
Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll for the firm, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Client Billing: Handle client invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee office-related purchases and services.
Requirements
Prior experience in office management, executive assistance, or a law firm setting is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
