What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Kale Me Crazy?
Kale Me Crazy is a new, fast growing superfoods cafe and juice bar that is all about promoting healthy living through fresh organic and natural foods. We are now hiring an Assistant Manager! The Assistant Manager oversees most aspects of the store’s day to day operation, and performs any administrative tasks delegated by the General Manager. The Assistant Manager must be able to see the big-picture while continuing to perform hands-on work such as customer service and food prep.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all employee tasks: food prep, kitchen workflow, presentation, customer satisfaction, and food and beverage quality assurance.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Managing employee performance.
- Inventory management and acting as point of contact for all vendors and distributors.
- 1-2 years of food service management experience
The ideal candidate has experience in most, if not all of the above responsibilities and most importantly has a passion for a healthy lifestyle!
This is a fulltime, salaried or hourly position and requires approx. 40 hours per week.
Salary : $16 - $18
