The Club at Kalea Bay offers five-star resort features, including pools, tennis courts, two restaurants, and a state-of-the-art Wellness Center. The Wellness Center at The Club at Kalea Bay is seeking a part-time Reception Desk Admin to join our team. The center is open from 6 AM to 8 PM daily and offers a variety of fitness programs and massage therapy. Under the general direction of the Lifestyle Director, the Wellness Reception Admin is responsible for maintaining the administrative organization and effectiveness of the Center by providing excellent customer service to our Residents and Guests; working on special projects as assigned.

General Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist them as necessary.
- Manage member and guest check-ins.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Provide information about, fitness classes, services, and policies.
- Provide general support to trainers, therapists, and instructors.
- Assist members with wellness center apps and be able to answer general questions on equipment use features.
- Keep the center and locker rooms stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide tours of the center to members and guests.
- Resolve member issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of basic gym operations and fitness services is desirable.
