Job Description
Provide routine medications and treatments, IV’s Assess patients’ condition and changes in status. Chart daily, weekly and do monthly summaries. Coordinates and provides resident care. Oversees Certified Nursing Assistants resident care.
Education And Credentials
Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current and valid Pennsylvania nursing license as a registered nurse
Skills Required
Must demonstrate knowledge of nursing process. Demonstrates competence in IV’s, dressing application, feeding tubes, drains, and post op care. Ability to effectively communicate with families, staff and physicians.
