Monitor and oversee the integrity and accuracy of identity data and individual credentials ensuring employees and vendors have the access they need to perform their job duties. Works closely with the IT Security team to ensure that all users have the appropriate and authorized access they need to perform their job duties. -Apply understanding of patient access and/or clinical workflows. -Exercise professional judgment within defined policies and procedures. -Apply understanding of Access Management authentication and entitlements -Evaluate and refine existing processes; participate in the planning, development, and deployment of IAM identity and access control standards and processes -Ensure supporting documentation and procedures for processes exist and is available to appropriate staff. -Analyze user access needs, develop access roles and add/change/delete user access accordingly, through provisioning tool(s) or directly in system / application. -Perform periodic operational audits to ensure adherence to standards. -Balance customer service and regulatory needs -Maintain confidentiality, familiar with healthcare, privacy, or financial compliance regulations and IT and security frameworks and standards. -Acquire and utilize new skills in response to change on an ongoing basis. -Apply proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Excel.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
Associates in IT, Business or similar required. BA/BS in IT or similar preferred. 5 years of experience in Identity Management provisioning and workflow processes. 5 years of experience in Role Base Access Controls (RBAC).
Salary Range
$49,861-$76,359 annually *Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.*
