Key Responsibilities:
The Center Program Manager is responsible for:
- Scheduling management: Creating, maintaining, and problem-solving all schedules for clients and behavior therapists
- Staff supervision and development: Supervising BCBAs and R/BTs, evaluating their effectiveness, and implementing necessary changes
- Operational management: Managing shift coverage, coordinating logistics, and maintaining materials and inventory
- Compliance and regulatory affairs: Ensuring adherence to all regulations and guidelines
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in healthcare or business administration, with at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare facility/clinic setting.
