Job Description:
The Center Program Manager is a leadership role that oversees the daily operations of assigned ABA centers, supervising Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (R/BTs). This position ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services, implements best practices, and maintains center organization.
Responsibilities include scheduling management, staff supervision and development, and operational management. The Program Manager must evaluate staff effectiveness, implement necessary changes, and promote company culture. They also participate in offboarding processes, coordinate shift coverage, and maintain materials and inventory.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration and 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare facility/clinic setting. Strong knowledge of ABA therapy and medical terminology is required, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer systems.
