Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist Supervisor to join our clinical team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your expertise in ABA principles and practices will be instrumental in ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct supervision to BCBAs/RBTs
- Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family
- Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
