We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA.
Job Description
As a key member of our center-based team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct supervision to your BTs/RBTs
- Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family
- Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with staff and families
- Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
Ability to meet the demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting
Full-Time Mon-Friday schedule; NO weekends or late nights
