Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Massachusetts CBHI provider program, where we offer a flexible, community-based role that fits your schedule and provides critical support to families and individuals in their home environments.

Role Overview :

As an In-Home Therapist, you’ll :

Provide family therapy services to clients with MassHealth and Commercial insurance.

Implement targeted interventions to improve family communication, problem-solving, and support.

Conduct clinical intakes, develop therapeutic goals, and engage with families.

Manage risk and safety planning, and collaborate with team members.

Complete necessary documentation and consult with the team regularly.

Qualifications :

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education (with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling / Expressive Arts), Expressive Therapies, Psychology, or Social Work, or relevant degree that qualifies for LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC licensures.

Experience Requirement : At least one year of experience working with children or adolescents in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
