**The Employee Experience Lead:
The Employee Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring that all employees have a positive and productive experience within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of human resource principles and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducts new-employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and three years' human resource experience, or master's degree and two years' human resource experience.
- PHR certification not required but preferred.
