Employee Experience Associate Job Profile
The Employee Experience Associate provides technical and operational support for the Employee Experience Team. The Employee Experience Associate provides assistance and support across multiple, projects being carried out on the EEX team with a positive and enthusiastic presence. The Employee Experience Associate cultivates relationships at all levels of the firm as well as with outside vendors.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for managing the HR database and automations related to creating efficient and effective processes across the Employee Experience (EEX) functions; learning and becoming comfortable with Airtable.
- Assist with firmwide employee communications, and putting together and editing PowerPoint presentations to reflect Truepoint’s culture and identity, etc.
- Assist in scheduling the firmwide calendar (team events, EEX-initiated meetings, various team meetings, etc.), ensuring an organized and intentional experience for employees.
- Develop and execute new hire onboarding orientation (scheduling, coaching expectations, tasks, office tour backup, etc.).
- Assist in recruitment scheduling and continued refinement of processes and best practice.
- Serve on and assist with Truepoint’s Culture Club (committee meetings, surveys, communications, etc.).
- Assist in the planning and the execution of employee-related connection events (lunches, celebrations, Team Summit, hobby groups, DE&I experiences, etc.).
- Assist with office management on a day-to-day basis, including space setup and overseeing daily office maintenance.

Requirements
- Strong academic track record, including the achievement of a bachelor's degree.
- 3 years relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Expert in all Microsoft Office platforms
- A positive, employee-centric mindset with the initiative and drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage internal processes, with a high attention to detail
- Self-motivated to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Demonstrate initiative to grow both personally and professionally as our industry and firm changes
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer and occasional periods sitting.
- May have to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Minimal travel required. Frequent attendance at internal meetings required.
- Occasional attendance at meeting with outside partners.
- Travel outside the region may be required for business and/or professional development.
