JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: QC AMOS Analyst
Department: OSC QC Hangar
Reports To: Manager of Quality Control
POSITION PURPOSE:
Test AMOS environment patches and version changes that impact QC Departments (NDT, PMA, DT, QC Hangar & Calibration. Work with QC Departments in the training and implementation of changes and updating training materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with QC AMOS Sr. Analyst on the setup and testing of the AMOS program.
- Assist the QC AMOS Sr. Analyst with the development and/or modification of AMOS processes and procedures that relate to QC Departments (QC-Hangar, DT, NDT, PMA and Calibration).
- Assist the Manager of QC in the role of AMOS Key User.
- Develop (or Assist with the development) of AMOS Training Materials pertinent to the QC Departments.
- Provide the necessary training or Assist with the necessary training of QC end users.
- Be the single point of contact on any AMOS issues or training requirements that are discovered or requested by QC end users.
- Continually research and test different ways that AMOS can be utilized by the QC Department.
- Test the scheduled AMOS updates and determine how these updates affect the QC Department.
- Relay any AMOS Issues that cannot be resolved internally to the QC AMOS Sr. Analyst.
- Coordinate with other Key Users on the testing and set up of AMOS.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Graduate
- Experience with computers, Excel & Word
- Experience in customer service
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Detail oriented
